TERESA M. HILL has more than 15 years of experience in Family Law in courts across Western Michigan. She started her career as a Paralegal and worked in that capacity while completing law school. She has extensive experience in research and writing, financial analysis of high asset divorce cases, and handling the many emotional and financial challenges that occur when an individual is faced with legal issues that impact the daily life of not only the client but also the client's family. Teresa has participated in the Hillman Advocacy Program. Recently, she has successfully advocated for clients in courts in Kent, Ottawa, Montcalm, and Allegan counties including contested divorce trials with conflicting expert testimony. She has also worked with children and families in crisis with juvenile delinquency proceedings and represented individuals faced with criminal charges. Her primary focus is Family Law and Bankruptcy.
